Several months ago we solicited client feedback regarding office renovations that would make our Day Offices (reservable rooms for 1 to 3 people) more productive. We received a lot of great responses and have taken those opinions to heart. We feel like we have taken a step in the right direction with one of the Day Offices in each location having undergone a “makeover.”

Standing desks have been added that can raise or lower with the push of a button. The desktop includes a grommet with a power outlet thus removing the need to get on the floor and mess with power strips and tangled cords. A swivel monitor is attached to the desk that can be used as a second screen for individual work or as a display for group settings. Additionally, we have added a storage cabinet with plenty of space to stow a purse or laptop bag while meeting with a client.

Google local listings

Tour any office online – OfficeKey now has a Google Virtual Tour of each of our five offices. When someone views OfficeKey’s business listings on Google, they can choose to “see photos” or “see inside”. From here the user can navigate through the core of the office and get a feel for the space online before visiting in person.

We are happy to announce that our clients can use these virtual tours as well. While they can’t be embedded into another Google listing, the link(s) can be added to a website or shared directly with a future guest.

We believe this will be very beneficial particularly for new visitors and potential clients in the following ways:

Quality presence – They will see that you have a top-quality office perhaps before choosing to work with you. Our goal is that the office is used as a tool to build trust.
Visitor directions – Just like you might provide new guests with directions to the office, they can also be given the link so that they can get a view of the reception area from the elevator. This will help them feel even more secure that they are in the right place when they do come in to visit.
Sophistication- It’s just another tool that you can use to show the visitors to your website that you are investing in your firm.
